On October 29th, AUT hosted Viktoria Filippova, Communications Lead for Air Products in Central Europe and Central Asia, for an insightful visit aimed at exploring collaborative initiatives to support workforce capacity-building in Uzbekistan. The visit included a comprehensive campus tour and discussions led by AUT’s Founding Rector, Prof. Said Irandoust, along with Prof. Barbara Igel, Founding Dean of AUT Business School, and Dr. Khalid Miah, IT Program Director.
During the meeting, Viktoria praised AUT’s accomplishments and noted its potential to play a pivotal role in advancing the skills and competencies of Uzbekistan’s workforce. Discussions focused on identifying collaborative programs that align with industry needs.
